Let's Move!

Did you know that May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month? And as part of this, the Let's Move organization is working towards creating healthier and physically fit children. Spearheaded by Michelle Obama, the Let's Move website has a ton of information about how and where to get started. A great place is with fitness classes for kids like . . . . you guessed it, ZumbAtomic!!

We just finished our spring session at GymJam Fitness and Dance, but have two more weeks of class at the Cottonwood Heights Rec Center. As well as two more weeks of Fit Kids at Cottonwood Heights! Join us to finish out the month with some physical fitness and dance!

New Classes! Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a lower impact, slower paced Zumba class for those who are beginners, have health issues or are older active adults. We will be starting classes at GymJam Fitness and Dance on Tuesdays at 6am and Fridays at 10:30am. It's a great time to buy a punch card at GymJam as a 10 punch card is only $45 or you can get 20 punches for $90. You can't beat $4.50 for a class!

I teach Zumba on Mondays at 7pm at GymJam, Tuesdays at 9am at Holladay-Lions Rec Center, and Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9:30am at Cottonwood Heights Rec Center.

ZumbAtomic for Kids is on Tuesdays at 4:30 at GymJam and Thursday at 5:00 at Cottonwood Heights!

Ditch the workout and join the party! Come join in some Zumba! And please email me if you have any questions at azanarini@xmission.com

Zumba Love!

Hooray for Zumba Librarians!

Thanks to all the librarians who participated in Zumba at the Healthy Librarians preconference at ULA! You were awesome and I was so excited that everyone joined in the fun! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did!

Zumba Cheers to all!
